I like it!

I needed something short and able to hold a lot of stuff and this cabinet worked for me. I read a lot of reviews all over the net and they were a mixed bag. But it worked well for me. It was probably the easiest assembly I ever had, and I have done a lot of assembling. It's sturdy like a rock and not bad looking. The wire management through the back is roomy and this units open sides gives good access for set up. I have a lot of wires ,I have a turntable on top a SACD player below that then a cable box, Blu-ray player then my Yamaha amplifier. One other thing! This was shipped to me (my biggest worry with this type order) and their packing was very good and it arrived unharmed.

looks cheap in person

This item looks nice in the pictures and is of decent grade laminate particle board, but has that cheap 15 dollar book shelf look to it. If you don't mind this look then this item is perfect for you. I'm keeping it for now, but I'm not sure how long. it does however, function great and holds all of my entertainment items well in a well ventilated shelving system.

Solid piece, not too flashy, but the best bang for your buck in the <$200 price range. Heavy, well built with excellent coloring. Easy to assemble and ample ventilation.
