I chose the rating of a 4 on this couch because I do like the look of this couch which has a clean line and color. The color is called slate, however it has more of brown tone to it, it actually turned out perfect for me because I thought it was more of a grey.The package arrived on time by a shipping company that you may never heard of. The packages are big so expect that UPS or FedEX may not be able to deliver because of the size. It is large.The comfort of the couches, well, if you like firm, then its perfect for you. I have read other reviews on this brand that is starts out firm and eventually get soft, so we'll see.It was easy to put together. In fact so easy that if you want reupholster it in the future, you will be able to get more out of this couch. THE PRICE IS GREAT!

I bought these couches for my sisters house. The kids love how wide the cushions are. they were hard at first but they just needed to be broke in a little bit. great for cuddling with your significate other too!

A really nice sectional, looks very expensive, but got a great deal. It's large and comfy, I don't think it's too firm like some others review. I just hope it doesn't start to sag or the cushions get to soft.
