Product Description
SunShield is specially designed to keep teak and other tropical hardwood furniture from cracking, drying and oxidizing due to exposure to sun, temperature variations or moisture. SunShield combines UV inhibitors along with a unique blend of carnauba wax, beeswax and orange oil to protect the natural beauty and depth of grain in outdoor wood furniture. This distinctively blended product effectively penetrates and replenishes natural oils. SunShield should be used regularly, or whenever outdoor furniture looks faded or dry.

Bought this last fall to use on some acacia outdoor furniture. We have a large table with 6 arm chairs and a conversation set with a bench, coffee table, and two armchairs.Based on the amount of furniture we needed to treat, we were concerned that one bottle wouldn't be enough so I bought more. When we went to use it, however, we discovered that it really does go a long way. We put two coats on all the furniture and only used a little over 1/3 of one bottle.The furniture had been sitting out in the sun for several months and was looking a bit tired, but this stuff perked it right up. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

It's a little early to say what the effects and benefits of this product are and I will update this as time passes.Upon initial application our front door (that faces southwest here in Las Vegas) looks so much better than it did.My wife has coated it twice so far (it's her baby, so I'm staying out of it).I will comment on it when at least six months have passed. It is now June 1 2012 and we haven't gone through a summer yet but as soon as we do I'll let all of you know how this product is holding up.I know how important these reviews are when it comes to making a purchasing. I relied on previous reviews myself before making my purchase and want to give all of you my honest opinion so please bear with me. I will report back somewhere in December.

worked wonders on my weathered front door. Now let's see how long the great look lasts!Easy to apply and smells nice too :) Crossing my fingers the finish lasts for 6 months.
