Buyer Beware!!!

I purchased this ottoman to store my son's toys and it arrived with a split seam. I contacted the seller to get instructions on returning the ottoman and obtaining a refund, and I was informed to simply return the ottoman with a tracking number. I took it to the local post office and a local pack and ship and was quoted $95-$109 just to ship this item back. The ottoman itself was only $74 plus $31 for shipping! I contacted the seller again and requested a prepaid shipping label. I received no response. I filed a claim via Amazon's A-Z Guarantee and received a response that I need to return the item for a refund. This is the biggest scam. I ended up returning it and paying the $95 in shipping and I expect a full refund of both the ottoman, original shipping and the return shipping. I have also filed a dispute with my credit card company since E Home Products doesn't want to help me. Make sure you REALLY want this ottoman before you purchase because it will cost you more than the item to return it. It is subpar quality and really small. We found a better and bigger one at TJMaxx and LOVE it. We will NEVER purchase from E Home Products again and if Amazon does not resolve our dispute, we will question future purchases from Amazon as well.

Dark Espresso - Nice leather - not SO DARK

The product arrived very quickly and in good condition.The pros: nice leather, soft-looks good, heavy weight piece of furniture.The cons: screws were missing to secure the(4)legs to the ottoman, they do screw on...then you must put screws in-to keep legs positioned in place these screws were missing (shown in instructions but were not supplied).The color is described as dark espresso but it's not, it's more of a milk chocolate color; it doesn't match any of my other espresso color furniture.In spite of the off color, keeping the ottoman because overall it's good quality, it's comfortable and it's good looking.
