overpriced , not as promised

this set is sold as hospitality grade and with a shipping weight of 370 lbs., ,a really heavy duty product but it weighs less than 200 lbs and is not heavy duty. it is just bearly acceptable. the dark colored plastic wicker gets hot easy, the cushion coverings are light weight, the set is low to the ground and uncomfortable. when i complained to the seller they promised to make it up by sending me two end tables free of charge. they have never sent the tables . I dont trust them ,they overstated the quality and have not kept their word. i will not buy from them ever.

Totally comfortable!

Awesome couch. Arrived undamaged and cushions are much thicker than I thought. It is white and may get dirty but it looks easy to take care of. Love it and very happy with this product. The dark part of the couch is a dark, plastic feeling wicker- The couch is a waterproof like material which I scotchgaurded for stains. Don't be afraid to purchase it was packaged very tightly. Also chairs and couches are light material and easy to move.

Received my set! Well worth the wait. It is light weight but well made. I appreciate this since I plant to move the set around when i am having company. It does sit low to the ground but the dimensions are clearly stated in the description of the product. I actually wanted something low to the ground since I am short and most of the furniture I sat in at the stores cut my legs off at a very uncomfortable spot. My husband is 6'2" and finds the seats very comfortable. You can't beat the quality of this set for this price.
