Not very good

I had used a touch up pen from a furniture place years ago and it worked great at disguising scratches in our bed frame. Unfortunately the pen was cherry and I needed an Oak pen so I ordered this set. These markers are nothing like the higher grade one that I had experienced before. These are more like wood colored magic markers and make a very light mark. It was so light that even though we used them several times on the scratch, it didn't come close to disguising the scratch at all. For me, a great idea but a complete waste of money.

skeptical at first

I didn't know what to make it of it at first, magic markers?..what the heck did I buy..instead of sending them back I gave it a shot,I didn't read the directions, should have at first, would have saved me going over what I did..I'm getting ahead of myself..what I did I got the darkest color and just left it on the scratch Im suppose to use a cloth or paper towel , and rub it into the area,I put a lighter color that matched the wood and the dark spots I left and smoothed it out....just color and rub in with you're cloth..easy....my desk looks great,70% improvement..deep gouges still there but not as pronounced as it was before.
